WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Insights Mining: Dig deep to uncover sharp, impactful, and resonant consumer insights and be able to distill them to fuel strategy and creative development.

● Data Analysis: Analyze, interpret, and make sense of data to create compelling stories.

● Consumer Research: Work with supervisor to design, conduct and manage consumer research (Competitive analysis, Exploratory, Testing, Campaign trackers, etc.) and report out to internal teams and client.

● Strategy: Craft sharp Briefs, Targets, and Strategies grounded in consumer, cultural, category, and brand insights

● Presenting and Writing: Captivate your audience with your storytelling and targeted presentations internally and to clients.

● Build Relationships: Support your team members. Create synergies among teams and foster strategic partnerships with external parties.

● Trendwatching: Staying current on related client trends, innovations, culture, and thought leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or Psychology is preferred.

● 3+ years of working experience in advertising, marketing, marketing research, communications, or business development/strategy.

PREFERRED

● Experience in marketing research

● Passion for Asian culture

COMPUTER SKILLS

Google Drive proficiency, MS Office proficiency

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Hybrid office environment (3 days/week in-person, 2 days/week work from home).

Occasional travel to HQ, supported markets or clients may be required.

Salary- $55,000-$65,000 DOE
